وی به تغییر صورت گرفته در روند شركت داوطلبان در مرحله تكمیل ظرفیت اشاره كرد و گفت: قبل از این اعلام كرده بودیم تنها داوطلبانی كه در مرحله اول جذب از سوی دانشگاه ها پذیرفته نشده اند مجازند در مرحله تكمیل ظرفیت شركت كنند اما بسیاری از دانشگاهها تقاضا دادند كه همه داوطلبان بتوانند رشته های اعلام شده در مرحله تكمیل ظرفیت را انتخاب كنند.

مردانی خاطرنشان كرد: تقاضای دانشگاه ها برای مجاز شمرده شدن همه داوطلبان فرآیند جذب در مرحله تكمیل ظرفیت هیات علمی، پذیرفته شده و بنابراین همه داوطلبانی كه در فراخوان جذب نوبت بهمن ماه 90 ثبت نام كرده اند صرفنظر از اینكه برای مصاحبه دانشگاه ها دعوت شده یا نشده اند می توانند در مرحله تكمیل ظرفیت جذب شركت كنند.

به گفته وی با این تغییر، زمینه و امكان بكارگیری افراد توانمند و مستعد برای همه دانشگاه ها فراهم می شود و عدالت بیشتری برقرار خواهد شد.

مردانی توضیح داد: تمام متقاضیانی كه در مرحله اول فراخوان سراسری بهمن 90 انتخاب اولویت داشته اند می توانند فقط یك اولویت جدید در مرحله تكمیلی انتخاب كنند اما متقاضیانی كه از ابتدا تاكنون هیچ اولویتی انتخاب نكرده اند پس از تكمیل اطلاعات خود و پرداخت هزینه شركت در فراخوان، اجازه دارند حداكثر سه اولویت انتخابی در مرحله تكمیلی داشته باشند.

وی یادآور شد: متقاضیانی كه در بهمن 90 هزینه شركت در فراخوان را پرداخته اند نیازی به پرداخت مجدد ندارند و مراحل تكمیل اطلاعات و انتخاب اولویت برای آنها مشابه فراخوان قبلی است.

رییس مركز جذب اعضای هیات علمی وزارت علوم، تعداد اعلام نیازهای دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی در مرحله تكمیل ظرفیت فراخوان بهمن ماه 90 را حدود دو هزار و 700 مورد اعلام كرد و گفت: این موارد شامل اعلام نیازهای جدید یا اشباع نشده در مرحله نخست است.

در مرحله اصلی فراخوان جذب هیات علمی نوبت بهمن ماه 90 دانشگاه ها، پژوهشگاه ها و مراكز اجرایی وابسته به دستگاه های اجرایی برای جذب حدود 15 هزار عضو هیات علمی از طریق سامانه اینترنتی جذب، اعلام نیاز كردند.

مردانی زمان اعلام نتیجه اولیه مرحله تكمیل ظرفیت جذب هیات علمی نوبت بهمن ماه 90 را اوایل مردادماه امسال ذكر كرد و گفت: پذیرفته شدگان مرحله تكمیل از اوایل مردادماه برای مصاحبه به دانشگاه ها معرفی می شوند و دانشگاه ها نیز تا پایان مرداد ماه فرصت دارند تا نتیجه مصاحبه و گزینش این افراد را به هیات مركزی جذب اعلام كنند.
