به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس از شهرستان ساری به نقل از سید‌علی‌اکبر طاهایی در جلسه شورای برنامه‌ریزی و توسعه استان با اشاره به اینکه استان مازندران بیش از گذشته به وحدت نیازمند است، بیان داشت: نمایندگان جدید استان در مجلس نهم از ظرفیت‌های مطلوبی در بخش‌های مختلف برخوردارند که باید از این ظرفیت به خوبی برای توسعه استان استفاده شود.

برگزارکنندگان نوزدهمین کنفرانس بین المللی ایدز در واشنگتن جایزه الیزابت تایلور را به آرش و کامیار علایی، دو برادر پزشک ایرانی اعطا کرده اند.

این جایزه در ابتدای افتتاحیه کنفرانس و به وسیله شارون استون، بازیگر هالیوود و فعال اجتماعی به برادران علایی اهدا شد.

خانم استون پیش از اهدای جایزه درباره تلاش های آرش و کامیار علایی در زمینه شناساندن بیماری ایدز و کنترل شیوع آن در ایران صحبت کرد.

جایزه الیزابت تایلور که به احترام تلاش های این بازیگر درگذشته در زمینه شناساندن بیماری ایدز به نام او نامگذاری شده، به افرادی اهدا می شود که به صورت مستقل در زمینه علمی کنترل بیماری ایدز فعالیت می کنند.

این جایزه به طور مشترک به وسیله انجمن بین المللی ایدز و بنیاد تحقیقات ایدز اهدا می شود و امسال برای اولین بار اعطا شد.

فعالان، محققان و مقام های ۱۵۹ کشور در نوزدهمین کنفرانس بین المللی ایدز در واشنگتن شرکت کرده اند.

دکتر آرش علایی در سخنانی خطاب به حضار گفت که از نظر اخلاقی این جایزه را متعلق به خود نمی داند و آن را متعلق به همه کسانی دانست که در زمینه ایدز فعالیت می کنند.

آقای علایی گفت: "به عنوان پزشک، بسیار خوشحالیم که می بینیم افراد مختلف با نقش های اجتماعی مختلف در زمینه اچ آی وی ایدز فعالیت می کنند و آن را مهم ترین موضوع دوران ما می دانند."

کامیار علایی هم در سخنانی گفت: "کسانی که مبتلا هستند باید با عدالت، عزت، احترام و مهربانی مداوا شوند."

او همچنین به بی بی سی فارسی گفت: "همه بیماران مبتلا به ایدز برای زیستن حق مساوی دارند."

جایزه الیزابت تایلور چهارمین جایزه ای که به پاس تلاش های برادران علایی برای کنترل بیماری ایدز اعطا می شود.

آرش و کامیار علایی که در زمینه کنترل و آموزش بیماری ایدز فعالیت می کردند در سال ۱۳۸۷ به اتهام تلاش برای براندازی نظام بازداشت شدند و به ترتیب به شش سال و سه سال زندان شدند. کامیار پس از طی سه سال محکومیت آزاد شد و آرش هم چند ماه بعد از او آزاد شد.

خبرگزاری سوریه (سانا) با انتشار این خبر افزود كه اسد در این دیدار رهنمودهای لازم را برای بهبود امور امنیتی ارائه داد.

آقای فهیم گفت که فرماندهان سابق جهادی آزرده و بی تفاوت هستند

مارشال محمد قسیم فهیم، معاون اول رئیس جمهوری افغانستان می گوید که عدم همکاری فرماندهان سابق جهادی که به گفته او از قدرت در افغانستان بدور مانده اند، عامل نیمی از نا امنی ها در افغانستان است.

آقای فهیم گفت که این افراد در برابر مسایل مهم کشور از جمله نا امنی "بی تفاوت" هستند و تنها به این دلیل که در درون دولت حضور ندارند، برای بهبود وضعیت امنیتی کاری انجام نمی دهند.

او گفت: "عامل پنجاه درصد نا امنی افغانستان، آزردگی و بی تفاوتی فرماندهان و مجاهدینی است که در افغانستان حضور دارند و در میان مردم خود نقش دارند، اما خود را بی تفاوت می گیرند و می گویند که ما در درون حکومت نیستیم."

آقای فهیم افزود: "مشکل ما این است که هر قوماندان، هر مجاهد و هر کسی که حالا انرژی کار هم ندارد، از ما خفه است و می گوید که شما به حکومت رفتید، ما چه شدیم؟ ما به آنها می گوئیم که دولت و حکومت کوچک است و یک تعداد معدود می تواند در دولت باشد."

آقای فهیم که خود از فرماندهان سابق جهادی افغانستان است، در این اظهارات خود از افراد مشخصی نام نبرد.

با آنکه در ده سال گذشته، بخشی از کابینه افغانستان متشکل از چهره های سابق جهادی بوده، اما این انتقاد از سوی حلقات مشخصی در افغانستان بارها مطرح شده که نظام افغانستان، سهمی به گروه های مجاهدین در قدرت نداده است.

منتقدین می گویند، حکومت افغانستان نتوانست پس از فروپاشی گروه طالبان، از نیروهای مجاهدین برای تامین امنیت افغانستان استفاده مناسب کند.

هم اکنون شماری از سران سابق جهادی، از جمله عبدالرشید دوستم، محمد محقق و احمد ضیا مسعود، برادر احمد شاه مسعود فرمانده فقید تحریک ضد طالبان، یک جبهه سیاسی اپوزیسیون حکومت افغانستان را تشکیل داده و برای شرکت در انتخابات آینده ریاست جمهوری ابراز آمادگی کرده اند.

عبدالله عبدالله، از دیگر چهره های ارشد مجاهدین نیز یک اپوزیسیون جداگانه سیاسی در برابر حکومت افغانستان تشکیل داده است.

در مراسم افتتاحیه نهمین دوره مجلس شورای اسلامی قرار است آیت الله ' محمدی گلپایگانی ' رییس دفتر مقام معظم رهبری، پیام رهبر فرزانه انقلاب را به مجلس نهم قرائت كند.
